Mr Banda is a constant figure around the house and farm. He has been working with the MacDonald family for 9 years and has been instrumental in a lot of the boys coming to stay. Mr Banda is often involved in visiting the families of the boys, especially if there are problems or to check that the families are ok. He also goes to all of the schools we send children to and visits their families. Within the farm he helps keep the boys busy, making sure they are doing their jobs when they are meant to and advising them or sorting out quarrels and problems. Mr Banda moved to the farm in 2011 and we are all enjoying having him and his family around.

Auntie Yvonne works in the main house and at the dorm with the boys. She oversees the cooking and serving of food and sorts out lunch boxes for the boys at school. Not a small job! She lives in a house on the farm with her husband, Uncle Charles, and 11 children. Two of the children are hers and the others are children who are related to her or Charles but have no one else to look after them. 

Mr Tuesday is the farm manager.  His full name is Tuesday banda, but since we already have a Mr Banda he is referred to as Mr Tuesday.  He runs the farm, organising the boys and making sure all of the jobs get done. He lives on the farm with his wife Barbara and 4 children Ezra, Vita, Joas and Christina. Mrs Tuesday helps in the morning with the cooking and sorts all of the boys breakfasts out.
