Abigail Brown (Abi)
Abi is a primary school teacher from England who joined OMF in 2007. She first home schooled some of the boys who needed to catch up on basic education before being enrolled in formal school. Then in 2009 she started Taonga School, the on-site community school. She continues to run Taonga as well as help with the day-to-day running of all of OMF and is a big part of the family.
Albert Banda (Mr Banda)
Mr Banda has worked with us since 2001 and is a constant figure. He runs the office which deals with the supplies for the boys, school fees, medical records and general paperwork. He is also involved in keeping tabs on children outwith of OMF who we support and the boys' families. He solves quarrels and deals with behavioural issues. Mr Banda lives on-site with his family and is an integral part of OMF.
Grace works in the big house cleaning and helping with cooking. She also helps with cooking at the dorm for the boys sometimes. Her home baked bread and English muffins are famously good.
Ephraim is one of Mr Banda's sons and works as a driver and mechanic on the farm. He drives into town on errands, picking people up or transporting goods to and from the farm. He is also responsible for making sure all the cars and trucks run smoothly which can seem a never-ending job sometimes.
